Thank you for shopping at The Sports Outlet Store! We currently ship orders within Singapore only.

1. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer standard and express delivery options. Delivery charges and estimated timeframes are outlined below:

Standard Delivery	$100 and above	FREE	3–5 business days
Express Delivery	All order values	$18.00	1–2 business days

Note: Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information so you can monitor your delivery status.

4. Delivery Address & Exceptions

Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or undelivered packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Deliveries are made to residential and commercial addresses within mainland Singapore.
